Additional information: The organizer divides the big classes in parallel classes if necessary. The runners to class M21E will be chosen from the Finish ranking list for M21 (45 best) and  M20 (5 best). The organizer will choose 10 more runners to this class. The runners to class W21E will be chosen from the Finish rankinglist for W21 (35 best) and  W20 (5 best). The organizer will choose 10 more runners to this class.

Additional information: In the relay for M and W 120, 150 and 180 total age for the runners has to be at least 120, 150 or 180 years. There is no minimum age to run in these classes. In classes M/W10-12 the two first legs are marked in the forest and the third course has a marked route to support the runners. It is not allowed to use shoes with spikes on the first leg (dobb shoes allowed). 

General information 

Terrain: The terrain consists of varying rocky parts divided with hollows, which is typical in South West Finland. It is possible to run fast in most parts of the terrain. You can find a more detailed description and pictures of the terrain on www.liepa.fi.

Entries, payments and members in relay teams: Have to be sent over before Wednesday 25.4.2007 at 24.00. Please use the entry service on the web: www.liepa.fi or send your entries to the address:

When entering, please register the competitors Emit-number (the punching system in the competition). If you don´t have an own Emit-card, the organizer reserve one for you. You can get the card from the information for 4€ per day. When entering for the competition, you have to pay the entry fee to the account: Bank: Liedon Säästöpankki; receiver: Liedon Parma, account number: 430910-513307. The entry fee includes free parking and transport from the parking to the competition center. When paying from abroad you must use the BIC-code HELSFIHH and IBAN-code FI59 4309 1050 0133 07. Late entries for both individual and relay with 1,5* fee can be registered at latest 2.5.07, primarly on www.liepa.fi or by phone to Mr Timo Kokko +358 505849941 on 2.5.07 between 18 and 21 pm. The running order for the relay teams has to be informed on www.liepa.fi by logging in with the user word you get when signing in to the entry service. You can also inform running orders to the information in the competition center.

Punching system: Emit.

Guidance to the competition center: From roads number 10 and number 40. For more information, please visit www.liepa.fi.

Parking: On Avanti industry area from where there is a bus transport to the competition center. You should reserve approx. 40 minutes for the trip from the parking to the competition center. It is allowed to unload buses at the competition center. Guidance to the VIP- and press parking is from the road number 10 at the center of Lieto.  

Competition instructions, starting lists and starting times: The competition instructions and starting lists can be found on www.liepa.fi on 3.5.2007 at latest. 

Starts: The first start on Saturday is 12.00. The distance to starts  1-2 is 2-2,5 km and start 3 (runners younger than 14) 1 km. The starts in the relay are in the competition center from 10.30 on Sunday.

Map:  In six colours, printed 04/07, scale 1:10 000,  contour 2,5 m. The map is in plastic cover.

Accommodation: There is a possibility to accommodation on a floor with an own matress between 4-6.5. Cost is  12 €/night including breakfast. Childcare:  available in the competition center.Food: There is a restaurant selling warm food in the competition center.

Washing: The changing room and washing are outdoors. Warm water available.

Open courses: There is a possibility to enter open  courses (different lenghts) on both days (7€/day).
